Feedback, concerns and your data

Tell us when we get it wrong.

We'd genuinely rather hear it from you than not hear it at all. Most things we can put right the same day.

Raising a concern

How to complain, and what happens next

  1. 1

    Speak to the Responsible Pharmacist

Their name is displayed in the pharmacy every day. Most things get resolved on the spot.

  2. 2

    Or put it in writing

Email [email protected] or write to us at 84 High Street. Include what happened, when, and how you'd like it put right.

  3. 3

    We'll acknowledge and investigate

We acknowledge within 3 working days. We’ll offer to talk it through so we can agree how it will be handled and when you’ll hear back - we aim to respond fully within 10 working days.

  4. 4

    If you're still not happy

You can raise it with NHS England, or with the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org. You don't have to come to us first.
